For The Sauce:

  • XO Sauce = 2 tablespoons
  • Miko Soybean Paste = 2 tablespoons
  • Oyster Sauce = 1 tablespoon
  • Ginger = 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic = 1 teaspoon
  • Warm Water = 3 tablespoons

How To Make Cry Baby Noodles

Step 1

First, make Cry Baby Sauce by mixing XO Sauce, Miko Soybean Paste, Oyster Sauce, Ginger, Garlic, and Warm Water together. Then, set it aside.

Next, cook Thai Thick Rice Noodles following the instructions on the package. Drain the noodles and set them aside.
