Let's get started by preheating your oven to 450°F.
Now, for the marinade, melt the butter substitute in an oven pan for about 30-35 seconds.
Next, mix in the lemon juice, paprika, white pepper, garlic powder, and salt.
Remember, lobsters are naturally salty, so be careful with the salt.
Take a defrosted lobster and cut one side of its underside near the shell.
Use kitchen shears to make the same cut on the other side.
Keep the tail fins, and just join the cuts underneath.
Take out the bellies and legs of the lobsters, and throw them away.
Pull the meat down from the upper shell and place it back into the shell.
Do the same process for the other lobsters.
Now, put each lobster tail on a piece of aluminum foil.
Add minced garlic and a spoonful of the marinade to each lobster.
Carefully wrap the lobster tails tightly in the aluminum foil.
Place the wrapped tails on a baking sheet.
Let them bake for about 20-22 minutes until they are cooked well.
When they are ready, take off the aluminum foil and serve them in a delicious way.
