Bonefish Grill Chilean Sea Bass Recipe

- 1 pound Chilean sea bass fillet, cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1-2 tablespoons sesame seeds.
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1-2 tablespoons Thai chili garlic sauce
- A splash of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 10 ounces spinach
First, rinse and drain the sea bass. After rinse and drain dry it with paper towels.
Set the temperature to medium-high and then heat it. On both sides of the sea bass fillets brush the avocado oil.
Roast the sea bass until cooked through or for 4 minutes per side.
When sea bass is grilling, make the sauce for it. Take a small bowl and add the lime juice, olive oil, ginger, maple syrup, rice vinegar, fish sauce, sesame oil, and lemon juice and mix them. Also, add salt and pepper for a better taste.
On the medium heat, heat the sesame oil in a pan. Add the spinach and cook it for 2 minutes until wilted.
When it becomes ready serve it to your family members or your guests and enjoy it.
