Bonefish Grill Chilean Sea Bass Recipe

Today I am going to tell you a very easy step to make a bonefish grill Chilean sea bass recipe in your kitchen.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Chilean sea bass fillet, cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1-2 tablespoons sesame seeds.
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1-2 tablespoons Thai chili garlic sauce
  • A splash of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 10 ounces spinach

Instructions
 

  • First, rinse and drain the sea bass. After rinse and drain dry it with paper towels.
  • Set the temperature to medium-high and then heat it. On both sides of the sea bass fillets brush the avocado oil.
  • Roast the sea bass until cooked through or for 4 minutes per side.
  • When sea bass is grilling, make the sauce for it. Take a small bowl and add the lime juice, olive oil, ginger, maple syrup, rice vinegar, fish sauce, sesame oil, and lemon juice and mix them. Also, add salt and pepper for a better taste.
  • On the medium heat, heat the sesame oil in a pan. Add the spinach and cook it for 2 minutes until wilted.
  • When it becomes ready serve it to your family members or your guests and enjoy it.
