Ingredients
  

Ingredients Require For Stuffing :

  • Half pound Ground beef 
  • 1 White onion chopped 
  • 1 crushed  Red onion 
  • 1 Jalapeno
  • Half cup of Avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoons of  taco Tuesday flavor god
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle flavor god
  • 1/2 tablespoon Himalayan salt 
  • 1/2  tablespoon pink peppercorn flavor god
  • 1/4  Ground cumin for the smell 
  • 1/2 chopped red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon

Ingredients For Taco Batter :

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2  tablespoon taco Tuesday seasoning
  • 1/2 tablespoon Chipotle god
  • Mexican 4 mix shredded cheese 
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Ingredients For Garnish :

  • Chunky guacamole with avocado 
  • 1 Chopped Lettuce 
  • 2 Chopped tomatoes
  • Sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Chop onion and jalapenos with the help of a chopper.
  • In this step, we will make taco filling, so switch on the stove and preheat the pot and add oil to it. When the oil is slightly hot add the crushed onion and jalapenos.
  • After the sauté of onion and jalapenos add all the other ingredients that are given above and cook it and keep string while cooking. Cook it for 8-10 minutes. 
  • For making taco batter take 2 small bowls and add eggs and taco Tuesday seasoning and chipotle god. Combine them well.
  • We will bake the taco. For baking a taco preheat the waffle maker grease it with oil and add the cheese after melting the cheese pour the taco batter waffle make and put down the lid. Bake it for 2-3 minutes.
  • After baking the taco take a taco stand and put the taco into the stand for 1 minute to give it shape. After giving shape to the taco spray guacamole and avocado and filling the taco with the beef mixture. You can also add lemon juice before filling if you want 
  • Garnish your taco with chopped lettuce, chopped tomato, and sour cream.
