Start the recipe by cutting the 8 ounces of brown mushroom into thin slices using a sharp knife and cutting board.
Chopped the garlic cloves and also chopped parsley and put it aside for garnish later.
Cut the breast piece of chicken into 4 half-equal pieces in the shape of cutlets.
Pack the chicken into plastic wrap and use the hammer until it is about making the 13 thick piece. The chicken is mixed with the salt and black pepper and dredged into the flour in a given quantity of ingredients.
Now switch on the stove put the pan on it and heat it on low to medium flame. In a saucepan, add the butter and olive oil.
When the oil and butter are heated up add the cutlets of chicken into the pan and cook it until each side turns into golden brown color. Each side takes about 4-5 minutes to cook thoroughly.
For an appetizing fragrance add the chopped onion and garlic to the chicken.
Now, add the sweet marsala wine to the chicken and cook it until the access liquid evaporates and it turns into golden brown color.
Then add the heavy cream at low medium flame. Taste it and if needed add more salt to it.
At the last and final step add the chopped parsley. Add more heavy cream and put on the stovetop until everything is cooked thoroughly.
