- Ragu Sauce Drizzle
- Fresh Mozzarella Sliced
In a large mixing bowl, combine hamburger and ground pork, along with garlic powder, onion salt, oregano, black pepper, and celery salt. Thoroughly incorporate the ingredients, being mindful not to excessively manipulate the meat.
Shape the mixture into 12 equally-sized patties and proceed to cook them on a cast iron skillet or a hot grill pan set to medium heat until they are fully cooked.
Place a generous portion of fresh mozzarella on top of each patty and cover the skillet with a lid or aluminium foil to facilitate the melting process, resulting in a delectable, bubbly texture.
