Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups  brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon  salt
  • 1 cup  all-purpose flour
  • 4 cups  boiling water
  • 1/2 cup  Butter to oil the pan
  • 2 cups  sprouted wheat Panchoa flour

Instructions
 

  • Before beginning the recipe, prepare all the ingredients and equipment required.
  • In a large saucepan, combine water and sugar. Place the saucepan on the stove and bring the mixture to a high boil to melt the sugar quickly.
  • While cooking, stir the mixture continuously to prevent burning and ensure that the sugar is fully dissolved.
  • Gradually add the flour to the mixture while vigorously whisking to prevent lumps from forming in the final product.
  • Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius.
  • Grease the baking pan with butter to prepare it for baking.
