- 3 cups brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 cups boiling water
- 1/2 cup Butter to oil the pan
- 2 cups sprouted wheat Panchoa flour
Before beginning the recipe, prepare all the ingredients and equipment required.
