Creole Dipping Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 C mayonnaise
- 1⁄3 C creole mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice, to taste
- 1 1⁄2 tsp creole seasoning, to taste
Instructions
- To taste, combine Creole mustard and mayonnaise.
- Taste and add lemon juice (1 tablespoon will get you going).
- To taste, add Creole spices (start with 1 1/2 teaspoons).
- Let it sit in the refrigerator for about one hour.
