Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 chicken breast sliced thin
  • 8 ounces smoked sausage sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta

  • Boil pasta in salted water. Cook until tender. Drain and set aside.

Season the Proteins

  • Season shrimp and chicken with Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Heat the Skillet

  • Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Cook the Chicken

  • Add chicken slices to skillet. Cook until golden and fully cooked.

Cook the Sausage

  • Add sliced sausage. Cook until lightly browned and fragrant.

Cook the Shrimp

  • Add shrimp to skillet. Cook until pink and curled. Remove everything and set aside.

Sauté Vegetables

  • Add onion and bell pepper to skillet. Cook until soft and slightly sweet.

Add Garlic

  • Add minced garlic. Stir for one minute until fragrant.

Make the Sauce

  • Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir and bring to gentle simmer.

Add Cheese and Spice

Combine Everything

  • Return chicken, sausage, shrimp, and pasta to skillet. Toss gently.

Finish and Garnish
