- 1 cup oat flour
- ½ cup vanilla protein powder
- ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries
- 3 tbsp cream cheese softened
- 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 –3 tbsp milk as needed
- Pinch of salt
Crush the strawberries
Blend freeze-dried strawberries until fine. If no blender, crush with a rolling pin until powder-like pieces form.
Combine dry items
Add oat flour, protein powder, salt, and strawberry crumbs. Mix slowly until everything looks even and smooth.
Add cream cheese
Put softened cream cheese inside the bowl. Mix gently until the dough turns creamy and evenly blended.
Add syrup and vanilla
Pour honey and vanilla essence into the bowl. Stir well until the mixture becomes sticky and soft.
Adjust with milk
Add 1 tbsp milk at a time if dough feels dry. Mix until you get a soft ball-shaped dough.
Shape the balls
Take small pieces of dough and roll them into smooth balls. Make all balls equal size for even chill.
Chill the balls
Place the balls on parchment paper. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes until firm and easy to eat.
