  • 6 medium-sized sweet potatoes.
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil.
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • 1/4 tbsp garlic powder.
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder.
  • 1 tbsp melted butter.
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper.
